Amla sorting, washing, waxing, grading and packing plant, capacity ½ TPH and 1 TPH.

Feeding Cum Sorting Conveyer

Consisting of PVC rollers which is food grade material. Contact parts made of stainless steel and structure of mild steel. The amlas will be dumped onto the rollers which will be conveyed forward with the help of the rollers. On the sorting table, rollers will move on their own axis & at the same time shall move forward. These rollers will carry the amlas forward. The workers standing on both sides of the machine will sort out the damaged or rotten amlas and will take those amlas out of the machine.

Washer Cum Sponger

The washer is fitted with nylon bristle rollers rotating on their own axis. Amlas will be let onto the bristle rollers from the sorting table. Sprinkler arrangement will be provided on the top of the moving amlas. Water will be sprayed on the amlas while they move forward slowly. The bristle rollers gently rub the surface of the amlas and clean it properly. The dirty water accumulates on a water tank (S.S) fitted below the machine and discharges out

continuously. The contact parts will be fabricated from stainless steel and structure of mild steel. This washing process is automatic only the machine should be connected with a constant water supply point. The sponging roller shall be of high absorbent sponge material. The rotating sponge rollers will absorb the water from the surface of the amlas. Contact parts made up of food grade stainless steel and structure of mild steel. Squeezing rollers are provided in between the sponge rollers to squeeze water from them.

Inclined Roller Conveyor

This machine is provided to convey and elevate the products the products from the sponger to the singulator. Rollers will be made up of food grade material PVC.

Grader

Rollers and other contact parts as recommended for food processing equipment. Structure of mild steel. Three packing tables will be provided with the grader.

Wax Application Machine

This machine fulfills the purpose of waxing the amlas. Horse Hair Rollers (5 nos) are provided in this machine which polishes the amlas after the application of liquid edible wax. All contact parts are fabricated from in stainless steel. Thickness of wax layer shall be as minimum as possible and uniform throughout the surface. The wax in the form of liquid is sprayed from the top on the moving & tumbling amlas on specially designed rollers with the help of jets & suitably designed pump with adjustments to control the flow of wax. Bristle rollers are provided for the uniform application of the wax on the amlas.

Infra Red Dryer

This machine comprises of PVC rollers on which the amlas are conveyed after being waxed. The dryer is fitted with electric heaters and infrared lamps. Slow drying of the amlas occur in the dryer by hot air at controlled temp (30-50°C) Material of construction - structure of mild steel. Contact parts made up of stainless steel/rubber. Temp. range as indicated above. With hot air circulating fan, electrical heaters, I.R. Lamps, temperature controller, thermostat, etc.

Control Panel

The control panel helps in proper electrical synchronization and control of all the machines from a single place. All the machines can be make On or Off from a single place by a single person. There is no need for individual motor starter and main switch to be fitted on each machine.
