Banana Sorting And Waxing Plant (500 KGS/HR).

This machine is a “U” shaped S.S tunnel. Liquid edible wax is filled inside the tunnel. The bananas are manually clamped on the hooks fitted on a roller chain. The speed of the machine is fixed in such a manner that the bananas can be clamped while the machine is running. After being dipped in the wax the banans come out of the tunnel from the opposite side and are manually discharged from the hooks. Complete with motor, drain plug and inspection window.   

This machine comprises of roller chain that runs endlessly inside a chamber. The bananas are manually clamped on the hooks fitted on the roller chain. The speed of the machine is fixed in such a manner that the bananas can be clamped while the machine is running. The chamber is fitted with strip air heaters and infrared lamps for heating purpose (30 – 50°C) and a fan for circulating the hot air inside the chamber. When the bananas pass the chamber in hanging position the layer of wax is dried on their surface. Complete with electric motor, digital temperature controller, indicator and sensor.

The control panel helps in proper electrical synchronization and control of all the machines from a single place. All the machines can be switch On or Off from a single place by a single person. There is no need for individual motor starter and main switch to be fitted on each machine.
