The unit consist of air screen seed grader model delux with dust collector,one seed treater ST 1 Rd, 01 Bucket Elevator to feed the seed from seed grader into seed treater,Complete with electric motors & control panel. Whole unit is mounted on 4 Wheel mobile Trolley to be towed by tractor
Application
The unit is capable of processing all cereals, pulses, oil seeds, spices, forestry seeds, vegetable seeds, fodder crop seeds etc. including wheat, paddy, maize, barley, bajra, gram, soyabean, sunflower, mustard, jute etc.

2. AGROSAW SEED TREATER

Parts coming in contact with chemical are made of Stainless steel.Variable dosing arrangement to suit seed treatment for all kind of seeds.
Dosing of slurry is fully automatic.Two way bagger with bag holding clamps at bagging height. The slurry Seed Treater is operated by 1 HP Electric Motor.The unit has arrangement to bye-pass the cleaned and graded seeds direct into the bags in case seed treatment is not required. |

3.AGROSAW BUCKED ELEVATOR

|
|
The bucket elevator takes the seeds from seed grader and feeds them into the seed treater.

4. DIESEL GENERATING SET OF 10 KVA
|
|
|
|
Kirloskar or any other standard make diesel engine, vertical, air cooled, complete with Kirloskar/Crompton or any other standard make alternator to generate 10 KVA.

5. ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL
|
|
The electric motors of seed grader and indented cylinder grader are pre-wired and connected to the control panel. The control panel comprises of voltmeter, ammeter, phase indicators,starters, a change over switch, 2 nos. 15 AMP sockets for operating portable bag closer, fan, lights, small hand drill machine, welding set etc.

| 6. AGROSAW PORTABLE TROLLEY |
|
Seed grader, Indented Cylinder, and prime mover with control panel etc. are mounted on a strong and sturdy trolley made of high quality structural frame and portable on 4 Nos. Pneumatic Wheels . Front two wheels have turning arrangement. The whole unit to be towed by a tractor. The back of the trolley is equipped with reflectors, tail lamps etc. In order to absorb the vibrations of the unit during operation because of Pneumatic wheels, 4 Nos. suitable capacity jacks are provided.
