Washer + Sponger + Waxing Machine |

Equipped with nylon bristle rollers and spongers for cleaning, of products. The products travel gently on these rollers. Water is sprinkled from the top of the products. After washing, the products are squeezed with the help of sponging rollers to wipe out the extra water from the surface. After washing the products are let on the horse hair rollers and Liquid edible wax is sprayed on the products in fine mist form with the help of waxing pump and compressor.

Infra Red Dryer |

This unit is an insulated compartment comprising of electrical heaters and infrared lamps. Products travel on the rollers and are exposed to the hot air heated by the electrical heaters. The air inside the dryer is circulated by means of fan. The excessive surface moisture of the products is removed while moving forward gently towards the discharge conveyor.

Cup Grader (4 Graders) |

The cups are mounted on the chain, which carries the mangoes forward. During transit, the weight of the cup is measured with the help of preadjusted counterweights mounted under the chain at predetermined intervals and the mangoes are then gently unloaded in the packing tables which are at 90° angle to the traveling products. Supplied with 6 nos packing tables. This grader is equipped with mechanical counterweights, so the different grades coming out of a single spout will be in within a range of weight, say 100-150 gms, 200-250 gms etc. accurate weight grading is not feasible in case of mechanical weight graders. That can be attained only with the help of electrical load cell equipped weight graders.

Hot/Cold Water Treatment Bath |

It is equipped with SS tub in which water is heated at required temperature and is circulated in the tub by means of a pump for uniform distribution of the heat in the tub. The product is taken in plastic crates and is dipped in the hot water. This machine serves the purpose of hot water treatment as well as cold water washing of the products. It is provided with heaters, temperature controller and control panel. Plastic crates are not included with the machine.

The control panel helps in proper electrical synchronization and control of all the machines from a single place. All the machines can be make On or Off from a single place by a single person. There is no need for individual motor starter and main switch to be fitted on each machine.
Note: the customer has to provide:
- The water connection upto the equipments.
- The electrical connection (3 phase) upto the equipments with proper earth.
- The minimum diameter of the products that can be handled in this plant is 25 mm.
