Application:
The Dryer is suitable for drying of all type of grains/seeds, cereals, pulses, oil seeds, fodder seeds, grass seeds, spices, Maize cobs, Ginger, whole chillies, Garlic, Onion, Herbs and Vegetables etc. |

The dryer is indirect heating type.

Simple to install, operate and maintain.

Centrifugal/Axial fan, dynamically balanced high capacity fan generates the hot air.

Heating Unit is provided with chimney to discharge the affluent gases.

Heating unit can be mounted on 2 Nos. inflatable rubber wheels on axle with tow bar for easy portability. In standard supply it is fixed type.

There is no mixing of the effluent gases in the hot air hence there is no deterioration of grains/ seeds/ Vegetables.

Temperature of the hot air is thermostatically controlled at desired pre-set level depending upon the material to be dried.

Light oil burner is fully automatic and is equipped with highly sensitive thermostat, solenoid valve and sequence controller. Under normal supply, burner is single stage type but double stage burner can also be supplied on demand.

Clean combustion. No backfiring hazards.
