The machine is fitted with vibrating rubber screens. The perforations on the rubber screens may be of any shape and size according to the product. The products either drops through the perforation or across the screen. The graded products are collected on the collection belt placed under the screen. Machine is suitable for grading of potato, onion, garlic, tomato, orange, apple, lemon, and any other round fruits & veg. Machine is fabricated in modular type. Each module grades the products into two different grades-one oversize and one undersize. More no. of grades can be obtained by using more than one modules in a line.
