Feeding Cum Sorting Conveyer |

Used for sorting the material while feeding the same. Rollover made of food grade materials and structure of mild steel. Rollers made of PVC/PU/Equivalent i.e. of food grader material, rollers shall move on their own axis & shall move forward. |
Washer Cum Sponger |
|
Used for washing and cleaning of fruits to get rid of dirt, dust, residual pesticides etc. Fruits move on food grade rollers. A number of fine pressurized water jets wash the tumbling and rolling fruits. Fruits also pass over the rollers with bristles for easy cleaning. At the outlet point the washed and cleaned fruits pass through sponging rollers made of high absorbent sponge. A squeezing roller under each sponging roller squeezes out the water and keeps the sponge rollers dry. All contact parts are made up of stainless steel/food grade materials.

Size Grader |

The machine grades the fruit on the basic of difference in diameter/width. Different grades of the fruits can be obtained. The product to be graded moves on the flat belt of food grade material. Which carries the product forward gently. Since the belt is inclined and fruits rest on the moving/rotating rollers. Small sized fruits are collected in the 1st conveyor & bigger sized fruits in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, & 6th, conveyor step by step.
Rollers and other contact parts are made from food grade materials. Structure of Mild steel.

Hot Air Dryer |

Slow drying with hot air at controlled temperature Structure made up of Mild steel. Contact Parts made up of stainless steel. Temperature ranges 30 o - 50 o C. It is provided with rollers of PVC with drying fan, infra lamps/electrical heaters, temperature controller, thermostat, cover etc.
This machine is used for surface drying of washed fruits or drying of wax coating after waxing process.
