It is a compact & versatile unit with latest techniques for application of liquid fungicide and insecticides on the outer coating of seeds.
The seed entering into the machine drops into a double tipping weigher from where it is fed into blending drum, with every tilt of the weigher exactly metered quantities of chemical are added to the seeds. A high pressure pump working on the principal of Electro Motive Force is provided. Dosing quantity and frequency of dosing of chemical can be varied by simply turning respective knobs of the pump fitted on control panel. The mixing drum rests on external bearings to facilitate cleaning. The seed mixing drum and pre-mix tank are made of stainless steel.

Salient Features :

• All parts are carefully designed to prevent intermixing when changing from one seed to another.
• Regulated hopper is fitted with counter weighted tipping type seed dump pan for accurate dosing of Seed.
• Dosing of chemical is fully automatic and is synchronised with the dosing of seeds from seed dump pan.
• Very precise and uniform dosing of chemical is ensured to minimise the quantity of chemical needed for a given pre-determined weight of seed.
• Blending/mixing chamber is round type designed to give a gentle tumble to the seeds for uniform coverage of chemical on the seed.
• Circular paddle motion and baffles mounted close to the side walls in the pre-mix tank ensure complete suspension of all types of chemicals and a minimum of foaming action.
• The machine is pre-wired from electric motors to the starters to a single connection for the incoming power supply.
• The unit is supplied complete in all respect including electric motors, control panel, pre-mix tank etc.
• Feeding of seeds into the seed treater is mannual Or through V. B. Elevator.
